Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original TOV Essentials box, ensuring all protective materials and tags are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
